I love avocados. I mean, who doesn’t? They’re creamy, they’re delicious and they’re full of all of the right kinds of natural, healthy fats, not to mention countless nutrients and vitamins.

Ingredients
- 2 slices wholegrain bread
- 1 avocado
- Paprika
- Sea salt
- Ground black pepper
Recipe
- Toast 2 pieces of bread
- Cut avocado in half
- Mash half the avocado
- Spread on toast
- Cut the other half of the avocado into chunks
- Place on top of mashed avocado on toast
- Sprinkle paprika, sea salt and ground black pepper on top
